The founder, Richard Hawkins, was extremely passionate about his customer service and we are proud to carry on the tradition of not just meeting, but exceeding the status quo. We enjoy working with our customers, as no two are alike.

Gratefulness

We are extremely grateful for the customers who work with us. New, Old, and the ones who continue to come back year after year. We wouldn’t be the company we are today without them. We are always delighted to meet a new face and help get you what you need.

Creativity

Creativity is something that isn’t typically advertised, but when a customer needs something in a hurry, we like to use every avenue possible to get that customer the tools or equipment they need for the job at hand. It may include us running it over because shipping isn’t available in that time-frame, or letting a customer know ways to get the job done with a similar item. Whatever it is, we definitely enjoy being creative.

Integrity

Hawkins Safety provides a high caliber professional retail service. There are no hidden costs or surprises from orders. It should be understood that a lot of the equipment that we sell is for life protection while at elevated areas or in high risk environments. It’s imperative the quality and integrity of the gear is not compromised.

Honesty

Honesty is a value that has no equal. The team at Hawkins take extreme pleasure being able to truthfully inform our customers about what we can and can’t do, estimating shipping time frames to the best of our ability, and ensuring there is a transparent process when it comes to working with us.
